Hello Rodney,

As you are the defence barrister for Ronald Castree you have a special responsibility to him because his liberty and perhaps his life is now in your hands and so it is incumbent on you to read this email because it contains information that will gain him his freedom.
You are the only person who has the power to get him his freedom as things stand and that’s why I am writing to you.
Mr Julian Goose has admitted for the first time that they had retained sperm heads found on the semen on the victim.
This admission if put under the spotlight and expanded would prove that the police, the CPS and the scientists knew from day one that Kiszko was innocent because they knew he couldn’t produce any sperm heads at all and they also admitted that in court.
They had the absolute proof that Kiszko was not guilty and they never revealed it so simply until this week and now to compound their evil deeds they have the audacity to level blame on Castree, another innocent man, for the conviction of Kiszko.
What does that say about their credibility? These same people are now asking a jury to believe that they found Castree’s DNA on those sperm heads 30 years later and expect them to believe them.
Bearing in mind that it was twelve months from the time they swabbed Castree to the day of his arrest that also speaks volumes on the reliability and accuracy of this alleged DNA.

Please rest assured that I don’t hold any animosity to you and you have handled the case well in this first week as it was reported in the online media, so I hope you take this information in the spirit in which it is given and for the benefit of Ronald Castree who like yourself is a married man with kids who was arrested in a dawn raid and the police had headlines on the mass media next day saying they had found his DNA on the victim.
It could have happened to you and you would have no defense against that barrage of lies and like Castree you would be in their hands like a lamb to the slaughter.
Kiszko had a barrister who failed him miserably so lets hope you don’t let Ronald down and join that select group who acted for convicted innocent people.
You have the ammunition now and if you read my web page that the judge ordered the jury not to look at you will find a lot more ammo.
